Many girls in India get married when they are still kids. Children marriages are banned in this country, but they still happen. Government survey in 2006 reported that 45 % of Indian girls were married being younger than 18 years old. Local police raids child marriage ceremonies when it gets a chance because young girls who are forced to marry boys or old men are often at risk of violence and sexual abuse. The blast caused by this 5.1-magnitude earthquake struck in Washington State was heard for many miles around. The eruption of Mount St. Helens happened 30 years ago, and it’s still remembered because it set off a huge landslide exposing the superheated core of the volcano. Entire forests were flattened by the blast’s pressure wave, 57 people died and the erupting ash was deposited across 11 states. I could never imagine that places for dead people would be so luxurious. But they really are, especially if you are in Malaysia. You can see the lobby of Nirvana Memorial Garden columbarium on the pictures. It is located in Singapore. All these people are visiting their dead relatives, whose remains are stored in the urns. Similar projects can be found in other Asian countries.

This is Kyoto University dormitory built almost a century ago, to be precise in 1913.Student squatters who live there pay an extremely low price: ¥2,500, about $27. Constructed at the southern edge of Kyoto University's Yoshida Campus, the dormitory was self-administered by the students who were in charge to select new applicants to live there.The building is maintained by students themselves, even though they did some little upgrades (like Ethernet cables in the corridors that lead to each room), but any of major building repairs have never been conducted and the building can't be considered safe, plus hygiene conditions are quite unsatisfactory.

This two-story house of 400-square-meters area was built for holidays in a small town of the Mediterranean coast. A project by A-cero studio is known as Sotogrande house. Its main decorative element is white color that adds brightness and elegance to interior and exterior areas.

An unusual “cubic” structure and modern furniture look amazing. To tell you the truth, I am already in love with this beautiful building. Everything matches just perfectly!

Named after the Princess Louise Caroline Alberta, Lake Louise is a beautiful “royal” hamlet in Alberta, Canada. This marvelous area is now one of the leader attractions of Banff National Park. The lake has a surface of 0.3 square miles (0.8 square kilometers) and is drained through the 3-kilometer-long Louise Creek into the Bow River. Lake’s water has emerald color that comes from rock flour.

This place is ideal for weddings.
