Polish illustrator Mariusz Kozik can really amaze! I can’t stop starring at his collection of war computer graphics. He seems to enjoy drawing medieval knights and modern infantries. As far as I know Kozik works for a game studio, so you might be playing computer games drawn by this illustrator.
I wish I could live in this wonderful house built on a mango tree. Only think about it: you can eat as many mangos as you wish, and if you don’t like this tropical fruit you can always make mango juice for your friends. Wouldn’t that be awesome?
It appears from these photos that scientists are really making bionic animals and insects. I wonder which of these concepts might really make it from Photoshop to the engineering lab. Perhaps someday someone will make these science fiction animals and insects a reality.
Have you heard about Doug Landis? This artist is amazing! Look at his pencil sketches. They are very unique! Do you want to find out why? Go inside the post and solve the mystery at the bottom of the page.

This house in Vietnam is officially called Hang Nga Guesthouse. However all locals refer to this architecture masterpiece as Dalat crazy house. Well, this house is indeed strange because it doesn’t compile to any building conventions. All these unusual turns and twists make Dalat house look like a fairy tale castle. I wish I could come here as to the museum. By the way, tourists enjoy visiting this misshapen concrete structure with unexpected things like spider webs, animal figures and mysterious creatures inside.
The base of this house is a tree. Crazy house’s architect is Hang Nga, a woman whose father was the President of Vietnam back in 1980s.
Some people find this little wonder way too weird. As for me, Hang Nga guesthouse lavish style reminds me of Barcelona with its famous Gaudi buildings. It’s truly a little wonder!
How many chip flavors do you know? Can you name… at least 100 different flavors? If you could have visited the National Potato Chip Day in Chicago you would have been surprised by the variety of your choice. Sour cream and onions aren’t the only chip tastes that exist today. Take a look at these photos and choose chip flavor that you would like to try.
No, these aren’t the scenes from Lord of the Rings though this castle was a prototype of Tolkien’s tower. This is a rocky tidal island Mont Saint Michel located in France. The first establishment was constructed here in 709. The diameter of this island is almost 1km. It is elevated at 92m above sea level. This island is known in Europe for its highest marine waves that reach 9m and turn rocky island into an island or half-an-island from time to time. Mont Saint Michel was declared a historic monument in 1874. Today it has 80 citizen including 50 monks.
Some people like to change their outfits, but this guy enjoys designing his own head. Why would he do this? I have no idea, but the results are amazing and sometimes beautiful! More pictures are inside this post.
Sushi bars and other Chinese restaurants aren’t the only ones to be found in Asia. Somebody seems to remember Hitler times, because you can have your dinner at Nazi-themed bars and restaurants. Which one looks at you?
The sculptures in these photos are by Peter Gronquist who obviously has a vivid imagination. He seems to have a fascination with violence, guns, and hunting. To say that these sculptures are bizarre would be an understatement.
If you have no idea how to find a boyfriend, do as Chinese college student Zhang Mengqian did. She posted a message asking all interested guys to come to her dormitory on March 11. She did so on the “Girl’s Day” announced at Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology with a ratio of male to female of 25 to 1. University let all girls write their wishes and post them on the “wish wall”.
Zhang’s message was the most attractive. So on the announced day and time thousands of guys swamped girl’s dormitory. They didn’t have the courage to shout Mengqian’s name as she asked in her wish, but Zhang was still impressed with her popularity.
Inside the post you can see photos of this odd event.
Have you ever heard about marriage trap? It’s very simple. Imagine your wedding ceremony. You are waiting for your gorgeous bride to appear in front of you… And here comes THIS. You still haven’t guessed?

Ray Barker’s home is a converted broom closet which measures 11’ X 5.5’. It was originally bought by a secretary for £37,000 in 1987. However, location is everything, and since it is located opposite Harrods in Knightsbridge, the miniature home has been valued at £200,000. Four years ago, Mr. Barker bought the small apartment for £120,000. He says that he can do the cleaning while lying in his sofa bed. In fact, he says that he can wash up, answer the door, make a cup of coffee, and use the restroom all at the same time. The space’s two rooms measures 60.5 ft.2 and has a toilet, a shower which doubles up as a wardrobe, and six-inch deep cupboards. The space is just fine for sleeping, has a space to hang his jacket and keep his shampoo.
Horsetail Fall in California flows only in winter and spring. Most days of its “life” this fall has a regular color. But every February, just for a couple of days, this fall turns into the fire. Lit by the sun, Horsetail Fall reflects orange and red rays. The view is especially picturesque at sunset. If you ever happen to be around this flaming waterfall near 20-th February, you better take photos of it from the parking lot of El Capitan picnic area.
This amazing building “Seed Cathedral” is designed by Thomas Heatherwich. It’s the most wonderful 6-storey structure I have ever seen. It is pierced by 60 thousand of acrylic rods that add “Seed Cathedral” an unforgettable look. This unique building is the contribution made by the UK to the 2010 World Expo that will open in Shanghai (China) in May. Reportedly about 800,000 every day visitors will visit this exhibition. Photos of "Seed Cathedral" are inside the post.
Decades after he moved from Ireland to Australia, a photographer Keith Woods came back to his hometown. He had his old photos with him, so he decided to visit all those places from the old pictures and compare them to the modern looks. This photo collection is really unique. I love the idea!
Anyone can create interesting pictures using Photoshop. But this amazing collection of photos contains only pure snapshots that weren’t touched by any computer program. They have truly made my day! I hope you will also enjoy this incredible compilation.
The most difficult part of any relay race is to pass the baton to the next athlete in your team so that he/she could continue the race without losing speed and time. Athletes run pretty quickly, so in case the baton is dropped you can’t see all the details. Right now you have a unique chance to view the “baton dropping” process in frames! Ooops!
