Elizabeth (Liz) Climo is a character artist and storyboard revisionist for The Simpsons but when she has a little bit of free time, she draws funny animal cartoons. She imagines the life of animals where they interact with one another like humans. This cartoons’ theme is about Halloween.

The Comedy Wildlife Photography Awards 2016 came to an end on October 1. The winners are to be announced soon, but meanwhile, we can contemplate some of the funniest entries of the contest. Check ‘em out.

Two lions Kahn and Shiela were used as attractions by an entertainment facility in Texas. They rented them for photo ops and parties. Both of them had been severely neglected and abused and were in a very bad shape. But Shiela’s condition was far worse than Khan’s and she would have probably died if they weren’t rescued by In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Education Center. 
 

Photo traps is a great means of capturing animals in their natural habitat as they go about their day. And it’s the best way to learn about their lifestyles.

Apparently, dogs or cats weren’t very attractive as pets for these people, so they decided to kick it up a notch…
 

30 years after the nuclear disaster, it’s the animals who rule Chernobyl now.

Kasey Boggs and her husband have been rescuing animals for 10 years now. Here’s what their family looks like now after they rescued 7 animals: four dogs, two ducklings and a cat. They all get along very well together, go on different adventures every weekend and take cute pictures. Kasey said they are inseparable and when she tries to take a picture of one or two of them and the others see it, they all come together.
 

Apparently, only introverts are able to see it.
