He used for that a 4-minute video shot from the Washington Street bridge in San Diego and his After Effects skills. He says there's absolutely no CG elements, all the cars are real.

This amazing piece of engineering connects the mainland in Netherlands to Flevoland which is the largest artificial island in the world. It is a unique opportunity for motorists to travel underneath the river water, which flows above them while they drive underneath.

China has recently established a new record in building suspension bridges.
The Langkawi Sky Bridge is a 125 metre (410 ft) curved pedestrian cable-stayed bridge in Malaysia. It is located 700 metres (2,300 ft) above sea level at the peak of Gunung Mat Chinchang on Pulau Langkawi, an island in the Langkawi archipelago in Kedah. The Langkawi Sky Bridge is accessible by the Langkawi Cable Car and offers stunning views of the surround area.

Unless it gets flooded, the bridge across the Fort de Roovere looks amazing. Architects didn’t want to build a normal one, so they made a sunken bridge that now attracts many tourists.
Check out these crazy photos of the controlled demolition of a bridge.
If you have a little troubled water, there is no need to turn to Simon and Garfunkel, Cecil County in Maryland may have just the bridge for you. It seems that the historic bridge that crosses over Little Elm Creek near Childs on Route 545 in Maryland is too narrow by Federal Highway Standards. Built in 1932 by the Roanoke Iron and Steel Company, the steel Warren Style pony truss bridge concrete abutments, is 97 feet long, but it is only 27 feet wide from curb to curb, and that is 5 feet short of the Federal requirements of 32 feet for bridges that have more than 5000 vehicles a day traveling over them.
This has got to be the strangest bridge in the world. It is a combination of a suspension bridge, an arch bridge, and a trestle bridge. It is very unique and equally unsafe or at least it looks that way. I wonder where the engineers in that country went to school.
Take a closer look at this bridge. Who do you see there? A hint: these are very unusual bridge passersby.
Two carriages of a passenger train fell into a river on Thursday, August 19, after floods knocked out a bridge in southwestern China. They swept 200 meters down the river. No casualties were reported and no one was missing, as all 1,300 passengers had been ordered off the train before it derailed. Terrible experience for these people.
This must be the world’s biggest penis and it is also a funny prank which was made in Saint Petersburg, Russia. It is 213 feet high by 88 feet wide and guess what, it can even upraise :)))
This bridge not only looks pretty dangerous, moreover, there are trains that still ride there...
The Sky Bridge is located in the Langkawi archipelago in Malaysia. It is a cable-stayed bridge that rises 700 meters above sea level and spans over 125 meters in length and 1,8 meters in width. It is supported by only one support column.
The bridge offers an amazing view over the island.

Warning: the video inside the post is shocking! Not for faint hearted!
Here is the sad and cruel story: a Lithuanian asshole threw a dog over a bridge and laughed at it with his friends while the poor creature crushed on the ground few meters down. They were stupid enough to film it and upload it on the web!
This story shocked the whole web and I think a lot of people wished they could do the same to this retard…
Apparently the guy went to the authorities when he learnt the mediatisation of his acts. He has been arrested and risks (only) 1 year of prison now, but he has been released ‘til the trial.
The dog miraculously survived the accident and vets took care of the dog but it sadly succumbed to its wounds on Saturday night…
You will see some pics of the guy and some of the dog when he was recovering plus the video that caused the controversy inside the post.
