This is the Sony Mavica MVC-FD88 and it is a 1.3MP digital camera that uses a floppy disk.
Used for railroad images in Chicago, this camera reached a height of 3.4 feet (1.06 m) and weighed a massive 1115.4 lbs (507 kg). The camera used plates that were 7.8 feet (2.44 m) long and one cassette weighed about 497 lbs (226 kg).
A soldier lost this camera during battle and it was later found by Captain Mark D. Anderson of the United States Navy. These are the photos that were on the camera.
This South Korean family loved photography so much that they built a life-sized replica model of the Rolleiflex camera next to their family home. Called the “Dreaming Camera”, the building is actually a fully-functional coffee shop.
