Do you remember our Yummy-Yummy Food post about miniature meals designed for a doll house? This time we have amazing sculptures by American artist Kim Burke. She is creating mouthwatering miniature treats out of polymer clay, and they look absolutely delicious.

When Jonathan Blaustein purchased 10 early-season organic blueberries for $1, he was a little upset by this price, because six weeks earlier he had purchased 17 organic blueberries from Chile for the same amount of money. And those blueberries from Chile were from 800 miles away but were half the cost of California berries.

Eventually, after seeing many different menus around the world with various dollar-priced meals, photographer Mr. Blaustein, 36, decided to pursue a project “The Value of a Dollar”.

These foods have sexually suggestive names that are ridiculously funny. Some of them are really outrageous. I wonder what their sales are like.

Hamburgers and French fries are probably the most permanent food you can find on earth. It’s proved by New York photographer Sally Davies who has held a unique project of taking photos of the same hamburger and French fries every day for 137 days. Even after 4.5 months this food looks almost the same as on the very first day of the project. It’s unbelievable and so weird!

Who would have thought that cats and a squirrel could play together so peacefully? Well, as the adorable photos in the post prove they absolutely will. The friendly cats even allow the squirrel to share their food.

This is an interesting post about how fruits and vegetables look like inside but using a medical method called magnetic resonance imaging. Normally, this method is used in radiology to visualize detailed internal structure and limited function of the body. Only in this case it used on foods.

However, if a dish is prepared to make us want to eat it, these artworks are meant to be admired.
