This “Remake” photo project offers a new look at famous classic paintings through photography. It’s interesting to see how people put their creative energy into re-staging the well-known images.
I wonder if the Minnesota Lottery is the only lottery that not only takes photos of their winners, but also posts these portraits online with people’s full names and trophies.

Social issue photographer Stephen Shames captured these beautiful images of life on the “bad” side of the Bronx, the northernmost of the five boroughs of New York City.
Heterochromia refers to a difference in coloration, usually of the iris but also of hair or skin. It is a result of the relative excess or lack of melanin (a pigment).

These are amazing photographs with views of the Earth from space. They were taken by Russian cosmonaut Fyodor Yurchikhin who spent 163 days in space in 2010 staying aboard the ISS.
