Although they don’t look alike skin color-wise, the boy and girl are actually twins!

Canadian photographer François Brunelle has been studying the human face since 1968 when he first started off as a photographer at the age of 18. The artist has released a twin photo series called “I’m not a look-alike!” where he features models that look very much the same and aren't even related.

These Korean twins participated in a TV show where they got plastic surgeries, which changed their deformed jaws and also turned them into very beautiful women.

These twins were born three months prematurely and one of them did not get enough oxygen during the birth meaning that he know suffers from cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound. However, he has not let this stand in his way and the brothers are pursuing their dream of completing a full Ironman race together.
