These pics are of two different people. In a few pics one guy/girl has a medusa piercing in the middle of their lip and a nose piercing. Their nose is a different shape too, notice how it's long and narrow. The other has their medusa on the side of their mouth and no nose piercing. Their nose is shorter and wider on their face. Either way, it's interesting to see people so young and pretty much inexperienced in adulthood to be set on changing their gender. Years ago it was unheard of. Their parents are pretty open minded to let their kids experiment. I think that's a good thing.
