Whilst the engineering is impressive... why do we need paper books when a Kindle and download will cost a fraction of the price of this device?

You will never have a paper book deleted by the bookstore. Also, the reading experience is far superior.

Oh and you can buy used books for a fraction of the cost. Impossible with e-readers. Which is actually more important, since the electronic version doesn't seem to be all that much cheaper.

I often buy books and have them shipped across the country for less than Amazon or anyone else wants to DL a file that can be edited and deleted from afar without my consent. I'll stick to paper books for as long as it is still possible.
