Dents on the hood and trunk - can be repaired/repainted
Real damage would have been done if she put mud in the petrol tank quietly and filmed it - that would have caused major damage

Not really. The fuel filters would have stopped it. At worst, the fuel injectors would need to be cleaned.
The body work on the car would cost far more to repair.
