Show the video up until they verify that some guy is hiding in there. Don't remove him. Put the driver and any passengers back into the car. Weld the doors shut. Pour gasoline all over the car and light it up.
Video record the entire thing and let that be a warning to those beaners that are thinking of using this method to sneak into the USA.
It won't solve the illegal immigration problem but it will make a dent. Make a new video every time some wetback gets caught. It will take them some time, but eventually, Pedro, Jesus and their families might think it's a better idea to stay in Meh-Hee-Co.
