Kowloon Walled City in China was demolished in 1992. It was once thought to be the most overcrowded place on Earth. Canadian photographers spent five years in this city, where 50,000 people used to live in 300 interconnected buildings constructed without a single architectural plan.
It’s hard to believe, but except for the driver, who has got his head lightly scratched, all the people in the car remained safe and sound.
Sometimes you do have to travel around the world in order to find bizarre, unique, and incredible things, and China is just the place to visit for such stuff.
