Here is an interesting collection of black and white pictures of criminals taken during the early 20th century (1900-1919) in Chicago. It was all just before Al Capone and Johnny Torrio built their criminal empire.  Here they are, brilliant representatives of the criminal world of China. Just look at these smart faces ;)  Even in the underworld, there are faces that will make you smile. After the jump, look at the selection of the greatest mug shots ever.  They are definitely the most stupid robbers of the year! In Russia, a group of criminals stole an ATM with a huge amount of money in it. They just loaded it on a cart and disappeared. But what makes me laugh is their extreme stupidity. On the photos, one of the robbers sprays a bank security camera with paint. What good is it to do if the robber had already flashed his face?  We posted a lot of entries with different criminals, American and Indian hookers. Now we will talk about Russian criminals. Though, these women are not prostitutes but they made different kind of criminal activity.
