Women have united to let the world decide – which look is better.
Often referred to as “nail houses” or “holdouts”, these are the cases when homeowners were too stubborn to let go of their old homes and corporations or governments had to deal with it.
For this project, photographer Josephine Sittenfeld has recreated the portraits of her college classmates she took in 2000 when she was a junior at Princeton University. In 2017, at her fifteen-year college reunion, she created the “Reunion” project to show how differently her former classmates have aged.
