The funny papers are how we all get our morning chuckle. Most of us grew up on comic books. The funnies are how we all get a little comic relief. The comics in this post are no different. Just one more respite in an otherwise rather dull life.

Twins Nicolas Luisetti and John Paul Olhaberry got a unique idea on how to celebrate Chile’s 200 years of Independence. They froze in the air, and spent 200 minutes “levitating” above thousands of passersby.

This 182 square foot apartment belongs to airplane interior designer Steve Sauer. Steve obviously likes everything in its place and a place for everything. It is 11’ 3” wide, by 16’ 2” deep, by 10’ 4’ tall and there is plenty of room for Steve and all of his living accoutrements.

The airshow in Shoreham, West Sussex, became a real drama for 15,000 fans. Pilot Mike Newman crashed when he was performing for the Swift Aerobatic Display Team. His glider smashed into runway, but the man managed to crawl out of the wreckage alive, but with a backbone trauma. Doctors say he would recover. For now you can view this collection of pictures featuring an unbelievable escape. This pilot was lucky to survive in such a horrible crash!

This is a handmade computer case. The whole process of building looks simply amazing, and the result is really beautiful.

These photos depict corporate racism at its best. Actually, they are rather funny if you like that sort of thing. They are supposed to be unintentional but I doubt that there were any minorities doing the quality checks.

Why it is frustrating playing an adventure game sometimes.

The body bags in this post were given out in the Philippines as part of a promotion for diet pills. I think they were supposed to be a before and after photo to show how much weight the person had lost. All it really does is to show how ugly the body bag is.

This mysterious building was known to be located somewhere in Ohio…

Gruner See is a green lake in Austria. In fact, this is a meadow in the woods, but it’s very unusual. From May to July it is filled up with water coming down from the mountains. In some places this lake’s depth is up to 8 meters. The water here is crystal clear.

Norway is an interesting country. It loves using natural materials that is why local residents always built their houses from wood. But this is not the only unusual thing about Norway. Local houses also have amazing grass roofs called “turf roofs”. They have been popular here for hundreds of years.

The job in these photos has to be one of the worst in the world. 
Look at the pictures and answer honestly: do you still hate your job?

Going to the bathroom is only one of the things you can do in a public restroom. However, as the sign in this post shows most everything else that you do are funny but prohibited. I seriously doubt if many of the antics are even possible.

These photos are from the good old days. They will remind you of a more innocent time with all of the fads, hair styles, and clothes of the day. Even the Hollywood stars had an innocence about them. That’s why they call the good old days.

These amazing photos are by Alexandre Orion from Brazil. This is where graffiti meets photography. The mix of the two arts makes a person have to look twice to determine which art form it really is. This is the first time I have ever seen this type of art and it is really incredible.

Traffic jams are a modern issue that makes people go nuts and it’s just getting worse year after year as more and more cars are on the roads.

These pictures showing traffic jams all over the world won’t say the contrary.
