Finally, someone has come up with a cool way to use those obsolete typewriter parts! It's a throwaway world, and recycling is important, and when you can make it into a work of art, that's even better. These sculptures are eerily lifelike!
You probably didn't know that there is an enormous sand dune near the Sea of Japan. It's nearly 16km long! It's like a desert, nothing but sand as far as you can see. People make a day of it and take a hike over the dunes, sometimes hopping and jumping from foot to foot as the sand gets really hot! A few adventerous people will bring their sand boards and surf the dunes. It's really quite pretty and vast. The beach is the final destination and it's really refreshing to cool off by swimming or surfing. The serenity of the beach makes the sandy trek well worth the effort.
Strange has never looked as good or hilarious as it does in these funny pictures. At first glance everything seems “normal” but a closer look reveals a far spookier adventure unfolding right before your eyes and once you spot it, you’ll have a toe curling chill running down your spine or a hearty belly laugh. Either way, you’ll feel like a true champ once you figure out what’s strange about each and every one of these pictures.
In Taiwan only the best of the best can enter the elite military. To be elite you must first pass a grueling test that pushes your endurance. You will have to endure rocks and coral in a 50 meter strip called the “Road to Heaven”. It is anything, but heaven. These inductees try to fight their way across it. They have to walk across and even crawl with hands behind their backs against the rocks and sharp coral. If you can make it down this road you can enter the elite unit of Taiwan’s army called the Sea Dragons. Just look at the faces of these recruits and the tears of happiness once they arrive at the end.
Everyone comes up with one good idea in their lifetime, and sometimes well they don't quite pan out. This list gives light to some of the funnier of these inventions.

This is a Canadian National locomotive that is by a 4 stroke, V16, 4400 Hp, 183 liter diesel. Unfortunately, it had catastrophic engine failure. While the train was passing through Independence, Louisiana, the engine exploded and one of the 16 cylinder packs was thrown completely through the train. The failure was so violent that the cylinder fell through a nearby home’s roof and wound up in an interior wall.
Sometimes when you look at the picture you start seeing things you’ve never seen before. And once you see this you won’t be able to unsee it.

This is a collection of scary-looking locks that show how some people forget to use common sense when trying to secure their property with a lock.
These photos are of a room that contains 1,600 cotton candy cones. Just think, if you happen to get a sweet tooth while you are there, you can take a bight right off of the wall. The problem is that I can think of no logical reason to fill a room with cotton candy.
These are military vehicles that were abandoned and left in the Golan Heights following the war between Syria and Israel. All of these vehicles have certainly seen better days. What a waste of money it is to spend it on the vehicles of war.
The folks in this post are either trying to make some sort of weird fashion statement or they are trying to be ridiculously funny. They are outrageous and outlandish but all in good fun.
Sacral agenesis is a rare health condition. People who are born with it mostly have their legs amputated because their spine doesn’t develop properly in the womb. And when many healthy people aren’t satisfied with their lives, Doug Forbis who lost his legs as a child because of sacral agenesis is an example of a real optimist. This 24-year-old guy loves wheelcahir sports, his girlfriend and his life. He dreams about becoming a teacher for kids with special needs and he works as a volunteer with disable teens. Doug’s health condition has never stopped him from achieving his life goals. He deserves to be respected for being such a generous and cheerful man.
I wouldn’t like to live in Iran, because this country forbids and makes illegal some cool things. Most of these restrictions sound crazy to me.

It seems that Mealworms are becoming real “meal” worms as everyone from farmers to chefs begin to use these insects as a tasty treat. They are also using grasshoppers in new and inventive foods. Are you enough of a foodie to try these insect treats? The folks that hit this lecture hall had their choice of grasshoppers or meal worms in quiches, pralines, and even spring rolls.
It was discovered that a 750-year-old Emmaus Church in eastern Germany sat upon lignite, or brown coal. The church wasn’t demolished. A more interesting solution was found.
