This place is the reason to live for many people of 55+. Sun City is located in Arizona. It is self-governed and it’s the largest place of its kind.
Justin Rollins became a soldier in 2006. He was deployed to Iraq with the 82nd Airborne. He was killed in spring 2007. But he emailed photographs of him playing with a puppy to his girlfriend the night before his death. Justin’s family decided they wanted to have that puppy that Justin held. The dog was found and sent to The Rollins. It traveled from Iraq, Bahrain, Brussels and New York before landing in New Hampshire. The little pet is named Hero in memory of the dead soldier.

These pictures were posted on one of the American deer hunters’ site. Their author assures that they were taken in Berwick, Louisiana. Surely, this mysterious beast looks horrible. But it’s most likely a fake photograph though the hunter claims it’s a real one. Anyway, if something like this comes out in the woods at night, anyone would be scared to death…
The day after Thanksgiving is known as “Black Friday” in the USA. It traditionally begins the Christmas shopping season. On this day people can buy many specials with discounts thus they are eager to wait the whole night in below freezing temperature outside stores in order to be the first ones to get inside the door and grab gifts and presents at the lowest prices. A lot of Americans go shopping on “Black Friday”, one of the reasons it is named “black” is because of the long lines in the stores.

No less than 56,000 South Korean soldiers and 30,000 US troops are training in South Korea and abroad. They say it’s purely defensive but North Korea sees it from a different angle and says the drills are a rehearsal for invasion…
