Yesterday was the World Cup final match between Spain and Netherlands. For the first time in their history, Spain won! Congratulations. For some people it was even not that big news, because octopus Paul aka "octopus oracle" predicted Spain's victory in their 2010 World Cup final soccer match against Netherlands by choosing a mussel, from a glass box decorated with the Spanish national flag instead of a glass box with the Netherlands flag. Paul had correctly picked Spain as winner against Germany in the semi-final match.
In this post, you’ll see the best moments from this World Cup as well as the celebration ceremony for winners.

This private bench is alittle bit scary and it can hurt you. The idea is simple: if you want to sit on it, you need to pay. It only costs 0,50 EUR. I don’t know for how much time though.
This Private Bench was invented and designed by Berlin artist Fabian Brunsing.
You’ll see some of the pictures inside the post and check out the video for details.

It seems to me that not only goods, but also roads can be “made in China”. This collection of pictures shows the road in Zhengzhou (central Chinas Henan Province) that paralyzed city traffic after geotextile entangled in a bus’ tire. This road doesn’t look like a high-standard all-season one now.

I don’t know this couple, but I admire Melissa and Brett for being together since childhood. It’s sweet when two people who spend the whole life together marry in the end. Such a romantic story this is.

Strange and amazing deep-sea creatures were discovered by scientists during their 6-week expedition in the Atlantic Ocean. They are stars that walk on their unusual network of arms, new species of sea cucumbers, electric worms and other most unbelievable sea inhabitants. The voyage was the last of the MAR-ECO project that consisted of several biological surveys of unexplored Mid-Atlantic Ridge.
