There was a show about diets and her personal experience. This stuff is not photoshoped.. But she did try surgery before and it didn't go all that well -- gained back the weight and got some scars to remember for life. Her secret: eating well, no food after dinner and walking everyday for 5km on foot. That's pretty much it and if it won't work for you losing the weight- well, at least it's a healthy way to live.
wow i wish more overweight people could see this. they're always feeling bad about their looks - look at this woman! she is beautiful and thin and i bet she's pretty freakin proud of herself! go girl!
It's cool that she lost all that weight, but what about all that excess skin? As much as she lost, she would have looked like a deflated balloon. There is NO WAY her skin would have snapped back into place, after being that large.
That is an amazing transformation. It certainly will inspire many of us who want to lose weight that it can be done. I feel inspired I would love to look as good as her when I lose the weight I need. She looks great.
