As Playboy magazine has researched, there are really some favorite characters in every of US’s 51 state. And here they are.

When it comes to finding new tasty food to cook or buy, Pinterest food boards can come in handy. A lot of people in the US use them, so the site collected data from its millions of users to find out what food or ingredient is searched the most in every state, relative to anywhere else in the country. The index was called the "Foodnited States" and you can find everything there – ranging from healthy meals to junk food to-go.

These photos of the State signs remind us of what America is all about; A melting pot. Some have the State mottos, some have their Governor’s names, while others have safe driving warnings. All of them are reminders of that the people who live in the US are from all walks of life.
