This lion was a gift to a Swedish king after being killed in Africa in 1731. When a body of the dead lion arrived in Stockholm it was nothing more than skin and bones, and considering that the taxidermist had never seen a lion before, it was not an easy job for him to do. This is how he imagined the lion and that’s why it looks like it does, though he put a considerable amount of effort into the job.

The biggest mystery is in how this mountain lion managed to climb there.

This hungry lion tries desperately to eat an armored Pangolin but fails. This happened in Tanzania. Apparently the scaly anteater was too tough for the lion. Either that or the lion really wasn’t that hungry after all. Who knew Pangolins were so tough?

It kinda looks familiar.. Remember the Lion King cartoon, Timon and Simba? This lion cub called Zinzi was rejected by her mother and when she was brought to the Predator World Zoo and Game Farm (South Africa) she was noticed by Bob the meerkat. It took them little time to become friends. Since then they are inseparable and are doing everything together. But their favourite time is a nap, of course.

This little zebra almost got away form predators. He was attacked by a lioness, a lion and one of the most dreadful predators. But I think, the zebra couldn’t make it from the last one…
