A guy came in into an iPhone store in Dijon, France armed with a steel ball and started smashing every iPhone that was in sight. He explained, "Apple is a company that 'violated' European consumers' rights. They refused to reimburse me, I told them: 'Give me my money back'. They said ‘no.’ So you know what's happening? This!" And he continued his wrecking rampage.
It is said that when the car was parked, he wanted to rev it, but he was on first gear... He obviously got fired.
There was $7000 worth of damage.
He he, you don’t see that everyday: a robber forced two workers at a Brazilian lottery store to give him all the money ($6200 in cash) they had but unfortunately dropped a $50 bill on his way to the getaway vehicle. Luckily, a friendly customer who hadn’t seen the robbery arrived…
Believe it or not there is a right and a wrong way to talk to a customer service rep with your complaint. At least there is if you listen to this post. The wrong ways are very funny. Surprisingly the right ways make some sense.
