London-based fitness blogger Lucy Montain is here to remind us that there is more to a balanced diet that just calorie counting.

Mark Webster decided to put himself to test and to eat and train like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson for a full month.

Turkish Olympic athletes agreed to pose for an interesting project of photographer Umit Betkas. The sportsmen show their daily “meals of the champions” that make their Olympic diet.

This woman is 51 years old. Her name is Nigella Lawson. She is a chef. She smokes, drinks alcohol and eats meat, butter, and desserts which are considered to be “very unhealthy”.

This mother was so overweight that she couldn’t hug her children. She went on a diet and started exercising and went from 252 pounds (114 kg) to 112 pounds (51 kg) and a size 22 to a size 4 in sixteen months.

After surviving a diabetic stroke, Peter Ajello decided to lose weight, as his doctors clearly explained to the man that there wouldn’t be a next time. He weighed 450 pounds, could barely walk around the block, was wearing a 5XL T-shirt and 56-sized pants. But in just 6 months he lost 157 pounds on a TRU Chocolates diet. Of course, he spent much time in the gym, combining proper nutrition, exercise and determination, and had a 15,000 dollar bet with his friends who couldn’t believe that Peter would reject pizzas, donuts and chicken wings. He survived the test, and you can now see his unbelievable results after the jump.
