A collection of pictures, sent us by one of our visitors Tony. Thank you very much Tony.  Here are the pictures of some iconic people that marked our spirits and history forever. First part: Rare Photographs of Celebrities (125 pics) John Travolta!  These images are about the life in concentration camps drawn by people who survived it but spent there one of the most precious periods of time – their childhood.  Apparently, the people in these photos are attracted to their avian side. At least that is what it appears like. These people do an amazing job of looking exactly like birds through their body art. I just hope they don’t try to fly for that would truly be a revelation.  People can be very strange but intriguing at the same time. From the weird to the obscene the folk in these photos run the entire gambit. It is no wonder they are so interesting.  Some people are physically lazy while others are mentally lazy. However, the people in these photos have to be the laziest ever. How do they manage to live such a nonexistent life? I would certainly like to see some of these people lead productive but I doubt I ever will. Sorry, a slip of the clicker..   Some of the most touching moments in the United States Presidents are shown in these photos taken by Charles Ommaney. It is sometimes difficult to remember that, like movie stars, some of the country’s greatest leaders are just people too. Kind of makes you wonder what they are thinking during these reflective moments.  I don’t know that the Indian people were ever known to be an industrious lot, but as these photos show, they are far from it. Now I’m not saying that all Indian folk are lazy, but the ones in these photos certainly are. But I guess if there is nothing else to do, why not?  I looove these selections with Walmart people. Nearly everyone is either talking about Avatar, writing about it, or showing it to anyone who will watch it. Now Avatar has also begun to conquer the Internet. The first steps in this direction are the emergence of the first celebrity photomontages depicted as avatar characters. I have gathered one such celebrity collection especially for you. I liked how many famous people were transformed. For some it would be better to stay this way :). Have you already made you avatar photo? Well, it’s freezing out there, so it’s better to sleep there than outside...  The Gathering of the Juggalos is an annual event described by its founder as a "Juggalo Woodstock". It spans four days, and includes concerts, wrestling, games, contests, autograph sessions, and seminars with artists. This year was the tenth edition of this festival, like the two previous editions, it occurred in Cave-In-Rock, Illinois. This is a ‘photo journey’ showing you people who were at this event.  I do not know, maybe some of them are overweight because of some disease, but one thing is sure, something should be done and the sooner the better.  There exists a website for people who are very proud of their brows connected on the bridge of their nose and that are called monobrows. That’s pretty much all what they are doing on this site, they post their pics and they “celebrate the unity of their eyebrows.” Well, let’s take a look at the most vivid representatives of this monobrow movement   Plastic surgery really helps many people to become more beautiful and to gain confidence in themselves. In this case, we are talking about ‘normal’ people and not those surgery obsessed maniacs who constantly try to change their appearance making operations after the operations. After the jump, you will see a small selection of people with a nose job.  This is what a Goth party looks like… I’m sure they had a lot of fun!  These are works of photographer Kerry Skarbakka. He photographs himself falling out of windows, trees etc. In some of the pictures, security equipment is used, especially for heavy falling but for the others, it was just plain falls without any mattresses or security equipment.  It was the first Russian competition of fashion designers for people with disabilities. It’s quite unique, so don’t miss it…  The subway is a special place where you can find lots of weird things or situations and also lots of funny and weird looking people. It’s really amazing! We made a similar post named ‘Oddies in Subway’ back in February. Check it too, there’s a lot to see…  Well, here’s another web ‘craziness’ - people talking on bananas.
